Oshinski & Forsberg is experienced in assisting landowners with obtaining governmental approvals and entitlements for large commercial developments as well as permitting and entitlements for owners of non-commercial properties. We have assisted clients with master planning, zoning, annexation, public and private utilities and public-private partnerships and financing agreements, leasing, condominium projects for residential and aircraft hangars, approval of major commercial developments and mixed-use projects. The firm has been instrumental in obtaining approvals for large and small development projects from all levels of legislative and administrative bodies. We have successfully litigated land-use and development cases in the state and federal district courts and before the Nevada Supreme Court and United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Members of the firm also have extensive experience representing public entities in land use and development matters.

• Public access to our offices will be restricted to essential deliveries and service providers and social distancing in accordance with CDC guidelines will be strictly observed.
• In-person meetings with clients and visitors will be discouraged in favor of telephone and video conferencing.
• Whenever necessary or convenient, our lawyers and staff will work from home and will have electronic access to our client and case files.
• If you need to pick up or drop something off from our office, we ask that you contact us in advance via phone or email so we can safely make the necessary arrangements.
